It was an honour to celebrate International Women’s Day 2025 at the stunning Mansion House for a conversation on ‘accelerating action’ The Lady Mayoress of the City of London, Florence King, and Social Pantry.

There were an array of delicious bites thanks to Social Pantry, including mini pancakes. Yes please.

A moment of appreciation for the stunning interior of the Mansion House.

There was an inspiring panel discussion led by journalist Gaby Huddart, with a lineup of pioneering female entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

The lineup of speakers included:

Holly Tucker MBE – Founder of Not On The High Street and Holly & Co
Thomasina Miers – Co-founder of Wahaca
Micaela Sharp – Founder of Micaela Sharp Design
Toria Smith – Founder of Grape & Fig
Alex Head – Founder & CEO of Social Pantry

There was plenty of inspiration and takeaway points shared by these brilliant women, including embracing how failure builds resilience, the importance of surrounding oneself with supportive, like-minded people, setting boundaries, and allowing for balance to achieve long-term success.

A big thank you to Social Pantry and The Lady Mayoress of the City of London for such a beautiful IWD 2025 celebration.

All too soon, the summer 23 chapter has come to a close. Despite a gasp of late sunshine a few weeks back, I am sure we all feel as though we didn't really get a proper summer this year. Now that autumn is upon us and with the feeling of transition into a new season,...

Reclaiming your attention – setting better boundaries with tech

Wow, is January nearly over already? 2023 has been good so far. I’ve felt a sense of peace and alignment return to me, which is perhaps a result of some of my New Year’s resolutions.  The main ones were to stop agreeing to things that I don’t mean, as a form of...
