I was lucky enough to attend (in a personal capacity) a beautiful breakfast with Harpers Bazaar UK at the Four Seasons Park Lane, London. The intimate breakfast gathering brought together a group of likeminded and inspiring women to connect and share stories.

We gathered in the the private dining room at Michelin star restaurant, Pavyllon, at the Four Seasons Park Lane. Harpers Bazaar Editor, Marie-Claire Chappet, hosted an inspiring panel discussion with Gabriella Braun, the director of Working Well, a consultancy specialising in senior leadership, and Tamu Thomas, the career coach and author of Women Who Work Too Much.

It was incrediby inspiring to hear their insights and advice. Themes such a psychological safety, setting boundaries and giving and receiving feedback were all on the agenda.

What’s more, we were also lucky enough to be given a copy of the latest issue of Harpers Bazaar and Tamu Thomas’s book.

Then there was plenty of opportunity for mingling. There’s something I really love about these women’s-only spaces like this. I always feel like you connect with likeminded women and the opportunity to share experiences and have vulnerable conversations is so affirming.

Finally, it was time to indulge in the delicious spread – I think it was safe to say we were all pretty famished by this point.

A moment of appreciation for the sheer size of these croissants, please.

I’d say this right here is my ultimate breakfast choice. Of course, the food was just as top tier as you’d hope it to be at such an establishment.
