I was lucky enough to be invited to a press dinner at the recently-opened Pure Taste paleo restaurant in Notting Hill. Pure Taste is a great place to go for those who have special dietary requirements as it caters for paleo, vegan and gluten-free diets – along with many more. All of the ingredients used for its dishes are organic and locally sourced (where possible). What’s more, Pure Taste has a fantastic selection of biodynamic wines on offer too. We sat down to a several course tasting menu to sample its exciting new menu for ourselves.
